About Awen AI

Strategic AI judgement with hands-on implementation.

We help organisations decide where AI can create real business value, then put the priorities, people, processes and safeguards in place to make it work.

Why Awen AI exists

Useful AI needs more than enthusiasm.

AI is changing how organisations think, decide, operate and compete. But many teams are still approaching it through tools, isolated pilots, informal employee experimentation or pressure to do something with AI.

Awen AI exists because useful AI needs evidence, clear choices, operating discipline and practical systems that people can trust.

The partnership

Strategy and delivery stay at the same table.

Product & operations

Sharon Henley

Sharon brings the hands-on systems-building side of Awen AI. She is an engineering-trained product, operations and transformation leader with 20+ years across emerging technology, product development, commercialisation, digital assets and applied AI.

Her work focuses on making AI real in practice: designing workflows, building AI-assisted systems, structuring evidence, defining human-review points and turning unclear business questions into practical products, processes and operating models.

Strategy & commercial

David Janczewski

David brings the strategic, commercial and senior-leadership side of Awen AI. He is a fintech and digital-assets founder with 15+ years building trust infrastructure, scaling Coincover from startup to global institutional platform and leading category-defining innovation including Royal Mint Gold.

His work focuses on helping leaders step back from tools and noise, ask the right questions, understand where value may be created and make clearer decisions about how AI should contribute to the business.

Awen AI is built to keep strategy connected to implementation, ambition grounded in evidence and AI adoption designed with human judgement, governance and measurable value from the start.

Our approach

Useful AI starts with business context.

That means understanding what the organisation is trying to achieve, where AI could make a meaningful difference and what needs to be true for people to trust and adopt the change.

Our work is practical, but not tool-led. We help leaders make sense of opportunities, risks, ownership, safeguards, adoption and measurement before rushing into implementation.

Start with the question

If AI is on the agenda but the next step is unclear, start here.
